About the Cloverdale Rodeo
The Cloverdale Rodeo is proud to host ninety-six (96) of the world’s best cowboys and cowgirls in an unique Invitational Rodeo Format that ensures the sports premier athletes are showcased throughout five (5) Rodeo performances.
The Cloverdale Invitational Rodeo features roughstock rodeo events (Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Bull Riding) & Ladies Barrel Racing. Twenty-four (24) rodeo contestants compete in each of the rodeo events. The previous year’s Cloverdale Invitational Rodeo Champions & Canadian Rodeo Champions are invited.
About the Contestants
Riders from all across North America travel to compete at the Cloverdale Rodeo. The invitational format gathers National Champions and top riders all vying for a coveted title.
“I just love Cloverdale for the atmosphere the crowd brings to make it such an iconic event!” says four-time world-champion saddle bronc rider Zeke Thurston. “We are fortunate to travel the world, going to the biggest rodeos, but it makes me proud to have such amazing events in our home country.”
