Start your Sunday with a uniquely Cloverdale tradition at Cowboy Church in the Lasso Lounge. This welcoming, down-to-earth gathering blends faith, community, and country spirit in a relaxed setting where everyone is invited to take a moment, reflect, and connect before a full day of fairground fun. It’s a meaningful way to experience the heart and heritage of the rodeo.

Pancake Breakfast
Get into the Fairgrounds for free on Sunday, May 17th, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and support a great cause!
- When: 8:30-10:00 am on Sunday, May 17th
- Entrance: Enter via the East or West Gate (parking not included)
- Breakfast Includes: Made-to-order pancakes, one protein, and juice or coffee.
- Cost: By donation for fairgrounds admission and breakfast (minimum $5 per person for a value of over $30!)
Bring your appetite and help support a great cause! Every “Rodeo Sunday,” the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair volunteers put on a delicious pancake breakfast supporting a great cause. Entrance to the Fairgrounds is free when you attend the pancake breakfast (minimum donation of $5 per person). Fuel up with a delicious breakfast and hit the fair!
Join in on this annual tradition, which serves as an important fundraiser and generates scholarship funds for the Cloverdale Rodeo Youth Foundation Initiative. With your support, we’re aiming to raise $2,000 to add an eleventh scholarship!

DO I NEED A SEPARATE TICKET?
Access to the Lasso Lounge is included with your Fairgrounds Admission, so it’s free to enter! Note: this is a 19+ venue.
WHERE IS THE LASSO LOUNGE?
Right in the heart of it all! Located at the Food Truck court and the north end of the amusement park rides/games.
Look for the big tent with the big screen and big energy.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
The Lasso Lounge is open every day from gate open until after sundown. Make sure to check the daily schedule so you don’t miss a minute of the action.
Thursday: 4:00 – 9:30 pm
Friday: 4:00 – 10:30 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 10:30 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
Monday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
FOOD AND BEVERAGE AT THE LASSO LOUNGE
This is the place to grab a cool beverage after dancing up a storm! Coors is the fan favourite at the Lasso Lounge, alongside a curated lineup of beer, BC wines, and ready-to-drink options.
The Lasso Lounge doesn’t serve food (except on Sunday morning for the pancake breakfast), but you couldn’t be any closer to the Food Trucks.
