Meet the Stars of Farm Friendz: The Animals!

At Farm Friendz, the real stars of the show (sometimes literal TV stars, like Todd the Llama) are the animals themselves. From cuddly goats, majestic horses, and curious chicks to fluffy bunnies, sheep, and more, this lively lineup brings the farm to life right before your eyes.

Beyond the barnyard, the experience gets even wilder with a collection of scaly, crawly, and slithery friendz. Meet fascinating creatures like lizards, tortoises, and snakes in an interactive setting that’s equal parts educational and exciting. It’s a chance to get up close with animals you might not expect at the fair, and discover a whole new side of the animal kingdom.

Each animal has its own personality, making every visit a little different, and giving fairgoers the chance to connect, learn, and snap a few unforgettable photos along the way.

Evergreen Herbs & Heppell Potato Corp. Mini Farm

New for 2026 – dig, clip, and get hands-on with these interactive farm experiences from local growers. The goal? Spark curiosity and help kids learn about where our food truly comes from, while having a blast!

This farm-to-table adventure is more than just an activity; it’s a connection to our food systems that allows kids to dig their hands into the earth, feel the soil, and forge a meaningful connection to how food moves from the farm to their plate. This free activity is a chance for kids to develop their farm skills (and knowledge) as they dig locally grown potatoes and clip locally grown produce.

Kids can take home basil plants from Evergreen Herbs and seed potatoes from Heppel Potato Corp (while supplies last).

This “reel-life” fishing experience is a chance for families to experience the thrill of catch-and-release fishing, as they pit their skills as an angler against a pool of lively trout. Any fisher will tell you there’s no feeling quite like it! From the exhilarating strike on the line to the triumphant smiles that light up faces when they pull in the catch.
