The theme for the 2026 Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair is “bigger and bolder,” and Rib Fest is no exception!
With three award-winning rib trucks on site, Rib Fest offers a variety of finger-lickin’ options, sure to please. Sprinkle in a little friendly competition between these world-class pit masters, and you’ve got a recipe for an unforgettable bbq experience. Choose your favourite and pair it with a cold beverage. Ribs and rodeo—it’s a match made in heaven.
Get your rib fix beside the Agriplex on the way to the Stetson Bowl with three vendors to choose from! Bonus: there’s a fourth rib-truck in the main Food Court.

Grizzly BBQ, Chef Ollie is a fifth-generation Vancouver Islander with a knack for finding just the right mix of smoke, service, sweet and spiciness that keeps people coming back. With 14 years of Rib Fest experience and dozens of awards under his belt! Make sure you show up hungry as a bear because you might just want to do a little hibernating after feasting on some of Ollie’s wonder ribs!

Truckin’ BBQ is a Southern-style barbecue joint with locations in Surrey and Port Moody, BC. Since 2018, it has been known for slow-smoked meats like pulled pork, brisket, and ribs, all cooked over applewood for rich, smoky flavour. The menu includes hearty platters, sandwiches, poutine, mac and cheese, and classic sides.

Where to Get a Cold (or Warm) Beverage
Fair Tip: Don’t miss the Hops & Vine Garden – offering six craft beer options and local wine paired with up-close and personal live music performances.
Fair Tip: You can bring your beverage with you almost anywhere on the fairgrounds. So you can pick up a drink and keep moving to your next destination. Note: there are some areas where you can’t bring alcoholic beverages, so please ask your friendly rodeo volunteers if you have questions.
Pancake Breakfast
Sunday, May 17
Get into the Fairgrounds for Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, May 17th!
Bring your appetite and help support a great cause! Every “Rodeo Sunday,” volunteers from around Cloverdale put on a delicious pancake breakfast supporting a great cause. Entrance to the Fairgrounds is free when you attend the pancake breakfast, and the breakfast itself is by donation (minimum donation of $5 per person). Fuel up with a delicious breakfast and hit the fair!
When: Entrance is open from 8:30-9:45 on Sunday, May 17th
(note: The breakfast ends at 10:00 a.m.)
Where: Lasso Lounge
Join in on this annual tradition, which serves as an important fundraiser and generates scholarship funds for the Cloverdale Rodeo Youth Foundation Initiative.
Pro Tip: Cowboy Church starts at 10:00 on Sunday morning right next door to the pancake breakfast, too.
