Roundup Cookhouse & Beer Garden

The Roundup Cookhouse & Beer Garden is back by popular demand at the Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair. This is the place to find legendary BBQ and mouth-watering burgers in an outdoor, sit-down setting. Feeling parched? The Roundup Cookhouse has you covered. Quench your thirst with beer, cider, wine, and cocktails and take in the sights and sounds of the fair from your vantage point in the picnic-style, full-service restaurant.

Keep the kids (of all ages) busy with lawn games and relax at your covered seat with table service. Take a moment to refuel and recharge as you take in all the sights and sounds of the country fair. Rounding out the experience is a lineup of live music and DJs that will get you up out of your seat to heel, toe, and do-si-do into the late evening. You can’t miss the Cookhouse—it’s in the heart of the action right next to the Agriplex.

Rib Fest!

Rib Fest offers a variety of finger-lickin’ options, sure to please. Sprinkle in a little friendly competition between these world-class pit masters, and you’ve got a recipe for an unforgettable bbq experience. Choose your favourite and pair it with a cold beverage. Ribs and rodeo—it’s a match made in heaven.

Get your rib fix beside the Agriplex on the way to the Stetson Bowl with three vendors to choose from! Bonus: there’s a fourth rib-truck in the main Food Court.
