Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair Launches Website Redesign Request for Proposal

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
July 17th, 2026

Surrey, B.C. – The Cloverdale Rodeo and Exhibition Association (CREA) is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the redesign and redevelopment of the official Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair website.

As one of British Columbia’s largest and longest-running annual events, the Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair has experienced significant growth in recent years. The new website will provide a modern, engaging, and mobile-first digital experience that better showcases the event’s rodeo, live entertainment, and attractions, while making it easier for visitors to discover event information and purchase tickets.

RFP Overview

The RFP invites qualified website design and development firms to submit proposals outlining their experience, technical approach, and vision for delivering a scalable website and content management solution. Following the proposal submission deadline, CREA will evaluate submissions based on experience, technical capability, design approach, project understanding, pricing, and long-term support. Shortlisted proponents may be invited to participate in presentations or interviews before a preferred vendor is selected.

The successful proponent will work closely with CREA and the organization’s graphic designer to deliver a redesigned website that enhances the visitor experience while providing staff with modern tools to efficiently manage content and event information.

RFP Timeline

The RFP is open as of July 17, 2026, with proposals due by 2:00 PM PT on August 7, 2026. Following the evaluation process, CREA anticipates awarding the project in early August, with work commencing shortly thereafter to facilitate a scaled-back “ticket launch” in November and a full launch and project completion in January 2027.
