Announcing the “Food Lineup” at the 2024 Cloverdale Country Fair

Surrey, B.C. – This year’s unofficial theme for food at the Country Fair is “Global Flavours and Fair Favourites.”

Fairgoers can choose from over 40 food and beverage options this year, ranging from fair favourites such as hot and fresh mini doughnuts and classic corn on the cob to unique eats such as Nisga’a, Gitxsan, and East Van-owned and operated West Coast Bannock or the gourmet rolled ice cream served up by Rolled West Coast. The list of dining options at the Country Fair can be found on the “Food Lineup” page.

Attendees have access to all 40+ food options with their general admission ticket – $12 for adults when purchased in advance or $15 at the gate. Kids 12 and under receive free admission. Tickets are purchased through the Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair Showpass page.

“Headliners” – The Roundup Cookhouse and Rib Fest!

Joseph Richard Group is returning to “headline” the food scene at the Roundup Cookhouse & Beer Garden, a pop-up, all-ages, table-service restaurant and beer garden in the heart of the action. The menu is under wraps until closer to the event, but if last year’s 24-hour smoked brisket, mouth-watering burgers, and legendary drumsticks are any indication, this will be a must-visit.

Just around the corner from the Roundup Cookhouse is another returning favourite: the friendly competition between three award-winning rib trucks at Rib Fest! Each truck has a signature style, and choosing between the three will be one of the hardest decisions of the weekend for many attendees. Global Flavours

The food scene at the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair is filled with fair favourites and flavours from around the world. With over 50 food options to choose from, it’s easy to pair classic fair fare with flavours that you can’t find at any other Country Fair! A curated a list of 10 unique offerings can be found on the food lineup page, but fairgoers are encouraged to explore the complete lineup as there are options from every corner of the globe on showcase this year.

You definitely won’t go hungry while attending the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair this May Long Weekend! Attendees can experience a unique fusion of international flavours and beloved fair food all around the grounds. Just make sure you come hungry!
